BettingJobs is partnering with a well-established gaming provider to appoint a proactive Sportsbook Manager who will lead sportsbook operations and drive growth. The role is based 3 days a week at the HQ near Porto, Portugal, and requires a fluent Portuguese speaker.

You will manage the sportsbook team, optimise betting performance, and collaborate with CRM and Data Science to maximise profitability, customer engagement, and sustainable margins.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sportsbook Operations, Sports Trading, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, odds pricing, and sportsbook trading.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing teams, including small teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop the Sportsbook team, ensuring the effective execution of the defined strategy.
• Monitor betting markets daily, identifying opportunities and managing potential risks. Manage real-time trading exposure and risk, ensuring sustainable margins and long-term profitability.
• Set and adjust betting odds dynamically across both pre-match and live markets, responding to market movements.
• Develop and implement advanced trading and risk management strategies. Work closely with the CRM and Data Science teams, providing insights to optimise customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Produce performance analysis and executive reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

This role is based 3 days a week in the HQ near Porto; Portugal. This role requires a fluent Portuguese speaker.

We are looking for an experienced Sportsbook Manager to lead our Sportsbook operations, combining strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset. This professional will be responsible for managing the Sportsbook team, optimising betting performance, and working closely with the CRM and Data Science teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, BI tools).
• Previous experience working in regulated gaming markets.
