INL seeks four Facility Engineers to reinforce the pilot production team in the MNF unit in Braga, Portugal. The role focuses on MTJ sensor wafer production under industrial contracts and process improvements within a non-standard schedule.

Applicants should hold a Master in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering, with hands-on MTJ fabrication experience; a PhD is valued. Extensive collaboration, strict quality, and safety norms are expected.

Qualificações

• Mandatory Master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• PhD and hands-on MTJ device fabrication experience valued.
• Hands-on MTJ deposition and ion milling experience required or highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Produce MTJ sensor wafers (200mm) in industrial contracts.
• Improve microfabrication processes and performance metrics.
• Perform process control monitoring of tools and processes.
• Analyze throughput and device performance; assist in training users.
