International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Portugal seeks four Facility Engineers to reinforce the MNF pilot production team. You will work on MTJ sensor wafers and process development under non-standard schedules.

These full-time roles involve 40 hours per week with shifts and potential weekend coverage. Relocation and on-site guest housing are available; private health insurance and extensive annual leave are provided.

Qualificações

• Master degree in Physics or Chemistry or related field.
• PhD in Materials Science or related field.
• Thesis on hands-on microfabrication of MTJ devices.

Responsabilidades

• Produce MTJ sensor wafers (200mm) for running contracts.
• Improve microfabrication processes and device metrics.
• Monitor process control for specific tools.
• Collect throughput and performance data.
• Train users and support MNF operations.
