Web Summit in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Operations professional to join the Speaker Operations team. You’ll help improve processes, streamline systems and deliver clearer reporting across the speaker workflow.

You’ll work with the Speakers team and other stakeholders to reduce manual effort, manage projects from start to finish, and scale operations for our global events. This role requires organized, detail‑oriented problem solving and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in operations, process improvement or project coordination.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools.
• Ability to turn data into clear operational insights.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
