Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic sourcer to build diverse candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews across sites. You will leverage social media and networks, perform Boolean searches, and partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 2 years’ multinational experience, and fluent English and Spanish. You will maintain the Workday ATS and contribute to a fast-paced, inclusive Talent Acquisition team.

Qualificações

• University degree in Social and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multinational company dealing with sourcing activities, CV screening and Phone Screening interviews, is desirable.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English and in Spanish are mandatory skills.
• Interest in being part of a multicultural Talent Acquisition team, where sourcers and recruiters work hand in hand and in a very dynamic way with each other.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across the site to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables.
• Building, growing and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Liaising with the local HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication.
• Apply consistency in the sourcing process and ensure the best candidate experience.
• Update and maintain our ATS (Workday).
• Screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates’ eligibility for our roles.
• Phone screenings’ process and background checks.
• Coordinate all interviews’ scheduling (both virtual and onsite).
