Kats Recruitment seeks a Spanish-speaking Retail & Customer Care Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will represent international fashion and lifestyle brands, guiding customers on products, orders, and returns across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) with English (B2), ready to work 40 hours weekly in a dynamic, multicultural office. Accommodation and relocation support are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish with C1/C2 level.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Strong customer-facing communication and listening abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Represent brands to Spanish-speaking customers with personalized guidance.
• Handle omnichannel inquiries (phone, live chat, email, social) and assist orders.
• Oversee end-to-end order modifications, returns, and delivery tracking.
• Resolve issues proactively to build loyalty and advocacy.
