Sitel Corp. in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Spanish Customer Representative to join our client’s Spanish Customer Advisor team, delivering first contact resolutions and caring customer support in Spanish and English.

You will work in a multicultural environment, relocate if needed, receive paid training, and enjoy a range of benefits as you build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities
