Chain IQ Group AG in Portugal seeks an experienced Sourcing professional to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requirements gathering, RFx events, negotiations, and contracting support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contracting support.
• Understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier selection, commercial analysis, and savings delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate supplier proposals, compare commercial models, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Experience conducting spend analysis, market research, and supplier assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Source-to-Contract (S2C) or procurement systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver against agreed timelines and service levels.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. German or another European language is an advantage.

• Execute sourcing activities in accordance with client policies, sourcing processes, compliance requirements, and Chain IQ standards.
• Conduct spend, market, and supplier analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and support value delivery initiatives.
• Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal colleagues across functions and locations.
• Monitor sourcing project progress, identify risks, and proactively elevate issues affecting delivery timelines or outcomes.
• Track sourcing performance metrics, savings delivery, and project status in accordance with agreed reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of sourcing best practices across the organization.
