Aubay Portugal is seeking a technically adept Lead Developer to guide an established development team in delivering high-quality software. The role involves shaping technical architecture, enforcing best practices, and ensuring robust CI/CD integration to meet performance and security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in leadership roles, strong communication skills, and fluency in French (B2+) and English (B1+).

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Leadership / Lead Developer roles.
• Experience guiding a development team and designing technical solutions.
• Proficiency in English B1+ and French B2+ is mandatory.

What will you do?

• Technically lead and guide a development team, ensuring the correct implementation of solutions and adherence to architectural standards;
• Define and validate the technical architecture for User Stories and Features, considering both functional and non-functional requirements;
• Ensure the consistent application of development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and defined quality patterns;
• Manage technical debt, specify and validate technical enablers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team;
• Oversee the correct integration of solutions into the CI/CD pipeline and validate compliance with performance, security, and availability requirements;
• Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
