Job summary

Shakers is seeking an Appian Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Appian applications and process automation. You will own the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security and integration while staying close to the code.

This hands-on leadership role requires 6+ years in Appian, strong knowledge of SAIL, web APIs and databases, and excellent communication with client stakeholders. The position is full-time and hybrid (1 day per week on site), long-term.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Appian experience with hands-on development.
• Experience as Appian Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect or similar.
• Deep knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records and data models, expression rules, integrations and Web APIs, security and configuration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL/databases, authentication and enterprise architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability for a technical validation interview.

We are looking for a hands-on Appian Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and process automation solutions.

The challenge

You will own the technical architecture of Appian solutions, defining how they scale, integrate and stay secure, while staying close to the code. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely governance-focused one: you will review implementations, solve the hardest technical problems and guide the development team through delivery.
