Job summary

Inetum ищет специалиста по ITSM и ServiceNow для участия в проектах от предпроектной стадии до внедрения, включая интеграции с мониторингом и инцидентами. Вы будете переводить бизнес- требования в технические спецификации и настраивать простые компоненты ServiceNow.

Требуется 4–6 лет опыта внедрений ITSM, уверенное владение ITIL, владение английским языком и сертификация CSA будет преимуществом. Работа возможно в гибридном формате, с умеренной офисной занятностью.

Qualifications

• Опыт 4–6 лет внедрения ITSM/ServiceNow.
• Опыт проектирования и реализации сервис-ориентированных информационных систем.
• Практический опыт модулей ServiceNow: ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog.
• Знание инструментов мониторинга и их интеграции с ITSM.
• Опыт интеграции систем через REST/SOAP API, MID Server, JDBC.
• Опыт управления проектами в Agile и традиционных методологиях.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Желательно: ITIL Foundation v3/v4, CSA.

Responsibilities

• Участвовать в проектах технологического консалтинга с этапов предпроектного анализа до внедрения.
• Собирать и документировать функциональные и технические требования с бизнес- и IT-стейкхолдерами.
• Разрабатывать технические решения на платформах ITSM, предпочтительно ServiceNow, с интеграциями мониторинга и инцидентов.
• Переводить бизнес-требования в спецификации разработки и соответствовать ITIL и рекомендациям ServiceNow.
• Настраивать и развивать простые компоненты ServiceNow.

• Participate in technology consulting projects from pre-sales through production delivery
• Identify, gather, and document functional and technical requirements with business and IT stakeholders
• Design technical solutions on ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, including integrations with monitoring, incident, and performance tools
• Translate business requirements into development specifications aligned with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow recommendations
• Configure and develop simple ServiceNow components
• Support the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions with the architecture team and other technical teams

Требования:

• 4 To 6 years of experience in ITSM platform implementation projects, preferably ServiceNow
• Proven experience in functional and technical design and implementation of service-based information systems
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, and Service Catalog
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and their integration with ITSM platforms
• Experience integrating other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JDBC, or similar technologies
• Experience managing IT projects using agile and traditional methodologies
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Nice to have: ITIL Foundation v3 or v4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
