Qualificações

• 6+ лет опыта IT-проектов и управления изменениями в среде CIB2S IT; фокус на комплаенсе, безопасности и IT-управлении.
• Опыт работы со архитектурными принципами IT, API и протоколами обмена данными.
• Отличные устные и письменные коммуникационные навыки на английском;
• Навыки управления заинтересованными сторонами и продвижение инициатив через согласования;
• Способность ясно объяснять технические темы как технич. так и нетехнич. аудитории;

Responsabilidades

Manage projects related to Digital solutions in collaboration with IT teams and business sponsors; Ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions into the existing IT ecosystem; Act as the key liaison between project teams and 2S IT teams on connectivity-related topics; Manage projects autonomously within complex governance structures; Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards; Coordinate projects and facilitate collaboration between project teams and IT teams; Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements; Identify and anticipate technical, security, and operational risks related to IT integrations and connectivity flows; Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders; Lead and coordinate projects with business and technical teams; Ensure compliance with Corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworks; Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and IT validation rules; Define success criteria for POCs with business stakeholders and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling into projects; Prepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests; Integrate digital solutions into the IT ecosystem with IT teams; Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements, including APIs, data flows, and interoperability; Ensure that architectures comply with corporate IT standards; Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams; Drive initiatives around zero-trust architecture, encryption, identity management, and secure access controls; Facilitate communication between business, IT, and project teams; Monitor IT trends and innovations.

Требования

6+ Years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT, with a strong focus on compliance, security, and IT governance; Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs, and data exchange protocols; Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices, including secure infrastructure, identity and access management, and risk management; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push initiatives through complex approval processes; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects forward in challenging and highly regulated environments; Resilient and proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently; Ability to clearly communicate technical topics, including security and compliance concepts, to technical and non-technical audiences; Nice to have: Ability to communicate in French.
