Exus is seeking a hands-on Electrical/EM technician to support PV assets in Portugal. You will process service orders, perform maintenance on inverters, PV modules, wiring and protection equipment, and be the main on-site technical contact for customers.

With a technical qualification and at least 2 years in PV design, installation, or maintenance, you will monitor equipment, record work, and follow HSE rules while contributing to Exus' energy transition projects across Europe.

Formación

• Technical or vocational qualification (Spanish FP intermediate or higher level, or equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in PV design, installation, and/or maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Process and carry out service orders on PV assets at the solar parks.
• Perform maintenance and repair on the main PV system components: inverters, PV modules, string cabling, DC generator junction boxes, protection/monitoring equipment, and AC distribution boards.
• Monitor inverters, transformers, and tracker systems; raise corrective action tickets and carry out the repairs.
• Keep communications working between the plant, the operations center, and key stakeholders (SCADA, DAS, servers, modems, routers, switches).
• Use approved measuring equipment to confirm correct operation and to find faults.
• Record all work carried out and propose solutions for faults that cannot be corrected on site.
• Act as the main on‑site technical contact for customers.
• Carry out re‑commissioning and site inspections as required.
• Follow all safe work procedures and site HSE rules at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the O&M Manager.
