Renvolt Energy is seeking an EPC Tender Engineer under the Head of Project Controls to lead cost budgeting for offers and to coordinate input from multiple departments for CAPEX assessment.

The role supports cost optimization during negotiations, participates in budget and gate reviews, and liaises with Sales and Construction teams to ensure accurate EPC capex proposals and clear handovers.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in project capex evaluation for EPC construction projects.
• Technical knowledge of Solar PV equipment and technologies.
• Familiar with renewable market stakeholders and equipment suppliers.
• Experience as site construction supervisor/manager for large solar PV parks is a plus.
• English and Portuguese working languages; French is a plus.

• Lead the preparation of project cost budgets to support offers for external and internal customers.
• Integrate inputs from multiple departments to prepare bid deliverables.
• Coordinate departments to capture input for CAPEX assessment.
• Support cost optimization during final negotiations and cash flow evaluation.
• Prepare and participate in Management budget reviews and gate reviews.
• Send EPC Capex proposals and manage clarification requests.
• Support Sales engineers in clarification and negotiation of EPC contracts appendices.
• Keep CRM updated with key information for Sales Gates evaluation and approvals.
• Prepare handover with Sales engineer to Construction team.
