Dorel Juvenile Europe, responsible for Maxi-Cosi and Bebeconfort brands, seeks a Test Engineer to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and high quality standards. You will join a Digital Technology team delivering in two-week sprints and shaping testing across stories, bugs, and deployments.

You will identify defects, contribute to test strategy, and drive test automation where feasible, while supporting QA processes and collaborating with Product Owners.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of professional experience as Test Engineer/QA.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manual testing of stories and bugs during sprint, regression, and go-live.
• Create and maintain test strategy, test scenarios, scripts, and reports.
• Report defects in Jira and inform Product Owner.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Contribute to refinements and clarify test approach.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and oversee implementation.
• Support UAT process if necessary.
• Continuously improve testing processes.

At Dorel Juvenile Europe, we create innovative products for growing children. We have an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to our strong brands Maxi-Cosi and Bebeconfort. Within our Digital Technology department and scrum team, we are looking for a test engineer to help us grow and maintain high quality standards.

Your mission

You'll work iteratively, in two-week sprints playing a key role to ensure that features are tested per acceptance criteria and per definition of done. You will help us identify bugs and improvement points, raise defects, and ultimately contribute to the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manual testing of stories and bugs during sprint, during regression and after go-live. Thus, all functional and nonfunctional, End-to-End, infrastructure, and regression tests.
• Create and maintain test strategy, test scenarios, manual test scripts, test reports.
• Report defects in Jira and inform Product Owner
• Execution of both manual and automated test scripts
• Contribute to refinements and clarify test approach
• Identify opportunities for test automation and oversee implementation of automated test cases where feasible
• Support UAT process if necessary
• Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement

Your profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience as Test Engineer/QA
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to tackle complex issues
• Good knowledge of software testing
• Experience in Jira
• Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)

• A salary between42.000€and46.000€gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 40 hours per week.
• You are eligible for 15 months every year.
• The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy.
