Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Senior Social Intelligence Analyst to lead execution of analytical workstreams, ensuring high-quality interpretation and reliable outputs across projects.

The role focuses on data processing, signal detection, reporting, and QA, with stakeholder interactions and mentoring responsibilities. Fluency in English and Italian is required; hybrid work is offered with 2 office days per week.

Qualificações

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data, Psychology, Journalism or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Familiarity with social listening or digital analytics platforms (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Data Processing & Structuring: Resolve complex classification and taxonomy challenges; Integrate datasets into coherent analytical foundations.
• Monitoring & Signal Detection: Identify cross-market patterns, emerging risks, and validate signal interpretations.
• Reporting & Output Generation: Produce advanced analytical reports and executive-ready outputs.
• Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy and improve reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Translate business questions into analytical outputs and manage engagements.
• Coaching & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor analysts and contribute to capability development.

Position Summary

Senior Social Intelligence Analyst leads execution and coordination of analytical workstreams, ensuring high-quality interpretation, consistency, and reliability of outputs across assigned projects.

Data Processing & Structuring

• Resolve complex classification and taxonomy challenges.
• Integrate multiple structured datasets into coherent analytical foundations.

Monitoring & Signal Detection

• Identify systemic patterns, cross-market developments, and emerging risks.
• Validate interpretation of complex signals.

Reporting & Output Generation

• Produce advanced analytical reports requiring synthesis across multiple sources.
• Deliver presentations and executive-ready outputs.

Quality Assurance

• Review deliverables prepared by other analysts and ensure first-time-right quality.
• Improve reporting standards.

Stakeholder Interaction

• Manage stakeholder engagements and translate business questions into analytical outputs.
• Support project scoping and prioritisation.

Coaching & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor analysts and contribute to capability development.
• Support development of operational guidance and best practices.

What Will Make You Successful
