  • Deliver complex automation projects and reliability workflows, including self-healing systems;
  • Lead or support incident response as an escalation point for complex incidents; conduct reproducible investigations using evidence across services;
  • Integrate diagnostic and AI-assisted tools into repeatable investigation and preventive reliability workflows, validating their outputs and measuring their effectiveness;
  • Participate in architecture reviews with a reliability focus;
  • Mentor Junior SREs in incident response, automation and responsible use of diagnostic tools;
  • Prepare quarterly reliability reviews for leadership.

You must have:

  • Hands-on experience operating production workloads on GCP and Azure;
  • Advanced Kubernetes operations experience, including multi-cluster environments, service mesh and observability;
  • Knowledge of distributed-systems reliability, including consensus, replication and failure modes;
