Pandora A/S in Aveiro, Portugal, seeks a Shop Assistant who will be the ambassador of our values and provide exclusive attention to fans, helping them select the perfect piece and ensuring the brand standards in every interaction.

You will work with the Store Manager and team, keep the store image and product organization, and contribute to a welcoming, dynamic environment while developing your skills within a multinational company.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to maintain store standards and assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, helping them find and select the ideal piece while upholding PANDORA's standards in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team in daily store activities.
• Maintain the store's image and product organization.

As a Shop Assistant, you will report to the Shop Manager and be a true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, finding and offering the ideal piece for that special moment, ensuring PANDORA's standards throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Collaborate and cooperate with your Manager and the rest of the team in the store's daily activities.
• Maintain the store's image and product organization.

• Independent in the daily operational aspects of the store (restocking and organization, visual merchandising, cash management, etc.).

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using major computer/electronic tools.
