Pandora is seeking a Store Manager candidate to co-lead the Boutique CS Vasco Da Gama with the Shop Manager, ensuring daily operations align with Pandora standards and strategic objectives. You will drive sales, customer service excellence, and team development in a high-traffic location.

You will supervise schedules, stock management, and merchandising while inspiring the team to deliver best-in-class service and meet KPI targets. A proactive, positive leader is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead daily operation of the Boutique CS Vasco Da Gama with the Shop Manager.
• Monitor sales figures and KPIs; implement action plans.
• Ensure Pandora standards in product presentation and customer service.
• Organize team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Lead stock and orders management and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your mission will be to co-lead our Boutique CS VASCO DA GAMA with the Shop Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

• Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.
• Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.
• Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!
• Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.
• Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
• A true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.
• You are a benchmark for achieving KPIs and mastering store procedures.
• You propose action plans to increase sales indicators and are proactive in store tasks.
