Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a SharePoint Expert / Lead Developer to own and shape our SharePoint landscape. You will lead design, development, and strategic initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.

The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, governance, and collaboration on enterprise-scale SharePoint initiatives within a hybrid Lisbon-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SharePoint development and administration.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with APIs and external applications.
• Ability to act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and coordinating technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main SharePoint expert within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple SharePoint teams.
• Work closely with a strategic High Voltage business project.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Advise teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and best practices.
• Support complex problem solving and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across different departments.
• Drive knowledge sharing and alignment between teams.
