Quanteam, the founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Settlement Claims Officer to analyze and resolve client claims related to late settlements in a banking environment.

You will review end-to-end settlement processes, document findings, and collaborate with Front, Middle and Back Office teams to ensure accurate payments and timely resolutions. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in Finance, Banking, Operations or a similar environment.
• Experience with Settlement, Claims or Financial Markets Operations is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluent English is mandatory, particularly written English.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and investigate client claims related to late settlements.
• Review the full settlement process to identify root causes and financial impact.
• Manage claims from detection through resolution, including follow-up payments.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams to resolve claims.
• Register and maintain claims accurately in databases; perform first-level controls.
• Monitor cash breaks and support the generation and follow-up of payments.
