Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our Lisbon IT service management team. You will develop sprint user stories, implement automated tests with ATF, and help optimize CSM and ITSM modules.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in software development with ServiceNow, strong French at B2 level, and a willingness to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon/Porto. We offer growth, training, and health benefits.

What will you do?

• Develop sprint user stories, including comprehensive unit testing, for a BPM project focused on supplier and product referencing processes for Carrefour.
• Implement and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Provide critical technical expertise and insights during grooming meetings and other project discussions.
• Analyze production feedback and identify root causes to implement effective corrective actions and ensure system stability.
• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of ServiceNow modules, specifically Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
