Fyld is a Portuguese consulting company seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT services team in Porto. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/ITBM projects, customize and configure ServiceNow applications, and integrate with third-party tools.

Ideal candidates have a formal degree or equivalent experience, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and fluency in English. Remote work not specified; Porto office presence is expected for project delivery and collaboration.

• Relevant work experience may substitute for a formal degree.
• Experience as ServiceNow Developer in ITSM/ITOM projects.
• Familiarity with HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with GlideScript and Jelly scripting.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integrations.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Data handling in ServiceNow: import/export, CMDB.
• Experience creating workflows, business rules, UI policies.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and orchestration.

We Are Looking For Our Next ServiceNow Developer

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
• Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects;
• Familiarity with industry-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management);
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM);
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications;
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS;
• Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly;
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods;
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools;
• Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data, including data import, export, and manipulation;
• Experience with ServiceNow data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database);
• Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges;
• Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
• Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions;
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Fluent in English.
