Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. in Porto offers an Academic Internship in Service & Visual Communication Design. You will contribute to improving how our services, processes, and information are experienced and communicated.

You will work at the intersection of service design, user experience, and visual communication, transforming needs into clear, intuitive experiences and visuals. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree with a strong interest in user-centered design and English proficiency.

Qualificações

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the relevant fields or a related area.
Strong interest in user-centered design and problem-solving.
Ability to translate information and user needs into simple, intuitive visual solutions.
Good understanding of visual composition, information hierarchy, typography, and storytelling.
Curiosity and the ability to understand different user perspectives and needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to present and clearly explain design decisions.
Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

Supporting user research activities and collecting feedback from stakeholders.
Creating user journeys, service blueprints, and visual representations of the current user experience.
Identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement across services, processes, and interactions.
Participating in ideation sessions, design thinking and workshops.
Developing concepts and proposals to enhance services and digital experiences.
Creating mockups, wireframes, and interface concepts.
Transforming complex information into clear and visually appealing presentations.
Developing templates, infographics, and other communication materials.
Supporting the creation and editing of digital content, videos, and motion graphics.
Contributing to visual consistency and enhancing the user experience across platforms and internal channels.
