Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in user-centered design and problem solving.
• Ability to translate information and user needs into simple, intuitive visual solutions.
• Good understanding of visual composition, information hierarchy, typography, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting user research activities and collecting feedback from stakeholders.
• Creating user journeys, service blueprints, and visual representations of the current user experience.
• Identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement across services, processes, and interactions.
• Participating in ideation sessions, design thinking and workshops.
• Developing concepts and proposals to enhance services and digital experiences.
• Creating mockups, wireframes, and interface concepts.
• Transforming complex information into clear and visually appealing presentations.
• Developing templates, infographics, and other communication materials.
• Supporting the creation and editing of digital content, videos, and motion graphics.
• Contributing to visual consistency and enhancing the user experience across platforms and internal channels.
