Bosch Portugal is seeking a Domain Specialist – Graphic & Image Design to define global design standards and ensure creative excellence across Bosch Power Tools’ markets. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Creative and Planning Expertise department, supporting internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with the Bosch brand identity.

Job Description

As a Domain Specialist – Graphic & Image Design, you will be responsible for defining design standards and ensuring creative excellence in static visual communication across Bosch Power Tools’ global markets. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Creative and Planning Expertise department, supporting internal teams and external partners in delivering consistent, high-quality visual assets aligned with the Bosch brand identity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and maintain global design standards for static visual assets across digital, print, and point-of-sale materials.
• Ensure creative quality and brand consistency across campaigns and product communication.
• Provide expert guidance to creative teams and external partners on graphic and image design principles and best practices.
• Review and approve key creative assets, ensuring compliance with Bosch visual identity guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring design trends and supporting the evolution of visual standards.

Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, or a related field.

Experience

• Several years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, brand design, or a related creative field.
• Experience working with global brands, creative agencies, or international teams is an advantage.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design guidelines and visual standards is preferred.

Know-how

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, visual identity systems, and creative quality standards.
• Good understanding of digital and print communication materials, including point-of-sale assets.
• Ability to evaluate creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of current graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Languages

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
