The role involves gathering information from stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear content, and creating process maps, documentation, and materials to communicate results. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the relevant fields or a similar area.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex topics.
• Ability to transform scattered information into clear, simple, and well-structured content.
• Good communication skills and an interest in working with different stakeholders.
• Interest in processes, digitalization, and emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting stakeholder interviews and gathering information from various sources.
• Analyzing and documenting processes, activities, responsibilities, and information flows.
• Creating process maps, workflows, and other structured representations of processes.
• Organizing and simplifying information from multiple sources.
• Creating documentation, reports, guidelines, and knowledge-base content.
• Identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Supporting digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exploring AI, process mining, and other digital tools in process contexts.
• Assisting in preparing presentations and materials to communicate results.
