The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with the Microsoft BI full stack, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-powered data analytics. You will mentor colleagues, collaborate with stakeholders, and help shape innovative, high-value offerings

At Unipartner, being a Service Offering Lead comes with an exciting & challenging role. Our senior consultants work on billable engagements to design, develop and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT Tech solutions, consistently delivering high client value.

This senior consultant will work on our Data and Artificial Intelligence team, analyzing, creating and implementing new technical and business solutions, developing pre-sales and project management activities as well as mentoring team members. This role will be part of a technology consultancy team with vast mission-critical application experience, working with major clients in different sectors.

What is the challenge?

In this role, you will:

• This person will be integrated within a consultancy team with diverse levels of seniority and experience.
• For this role, we expect a deep and detailed technical product/solution knowledge for implementation purposes. Also, full trusted advisor/consultative experience, namely in analysis of requirements, project management and pre-sales skills.
• We are looking for a senior consultant with complex Microsoft enterprise solutions experience to be recognized as a trusted advisor among Unipartner colleagues, customers and decision makers.
• The expected level of technology knowledge includes the ability to choose, identify and describe solution benefits, including non-technical ones, for each customer’s reality.
• Additionally, you should have relevant experience performing pre-sales activities and leading project management teams and projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance business solutions.

Years of experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience;

Technical skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Microsoft BI full stack;
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric;
• Knowledge of AI-powered solutions for data analysis, process automation, and enhanced decision-making;
• Ability to identify innovation opportunities using AI and Microsoft technologies, such as Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio;
• Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus.
