Unipartner seeks a Senior Consultant for its Data and Artificial Intelligence team to design and implement innovative AI solutions. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience, specifically in Technical Architecture roles, with a focus on AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead projects, bridge business and technical requirements, and ensure compliance with best practices in governance and security. Engagements will involve mentoring colleagues while delivering value to major clients across sectors.

Qualificações

At Unipartner, being a Senior Consultant comes with an exciting & challenging role. Our senior consultants work on billable engagements to design, develop and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT Tech solutions, consistently delivering high client value.

This senior consultant will work on our Data and Artificial Intelligence team, analyzing, creating and implementing new technical and business solutions, developing pre-sales and project management activities as well as mentoring team members. This role will be part of a technology consultancy team with vast mission-critical application experience, working with major clients in different sectors.

What is the challenge?

In this role, you will:

• Design and lead end-to-end AI architectures in collaboration with business and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and resilient technical solutions
• Define and integrate AI systems across data, infrastructure and application layers
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and resilience-by-design principles
• Stay aligned with emerging AI and GenAI trends and technologies
• Ability to identify fundamental problems from real-world cloud use-cases and design, build, and validate successful AI solutions
• Solution architecture and design experience, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and developing scalable and robust AI solutions
• Strategic mindset combined with execution strength, able to structure complex challenges into actionable roadmaps

Technical skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least +2 years in Technical Architecture roles, with AI exposure
• Bachelor's degree or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science
• Microsoft Certification: Azure AI Engineer or Azure Data Scientist Associate is a plus
• Experience building AI products using LLMs, embeddings or other natural language technologies particularly leveraging Vector Search
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search
• Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, guardrails and AI observability
• Understanding of AI governance, security and responsible AI principles
• Knowledge of secure architecture (identity, access, secrets management)

Soft & other skills

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in the field of AI
• Consultative profile with good organizational and documentation skills
• Experience in leading customer meetings and other customer interactions
