EY is seeking an experienced Service Designer to contribute to human-centered service and digital product experiences within EY Studio+. You’ll work on diverse projects across sectors, conducting research, creating personas and journeys, and translating insights into innovative service concepts.

With 1–3 years of related experience, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, and apply design thinking to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients in a hybrid Lisbon/Porto

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Service Design, Customer Experience, User Research or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of Service Design and Design Thinking principles.
• Experience conducting qualitative research activities (interviews, workshops, focus groups, ethnographic research).
• Experience conducting quantitative research (survey design, NPS, VOC, data analysis).
• Ability to create Service Design deliverables (personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, prototypes).
• Portfolio showing relevant project work and design thinking deliverables.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for client interactions.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies across multidisciplinary consulting projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, focus groups, surveys, workshops, ethnographic research, market analysis).
• Analyze insights to identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement.
• Create Service Design deliverables (personas, journeys, blueprints, maps, reports, prototypes).
• Support design and validation of service concepts through iterative design processes.
• Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions and stakeholder engagement with clients and teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Consultants, Strategists, Developers and Clients.
• Monitor trends and best practices in customer experience and design.
• Contribute to high-quality project outcomes following EY standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
