Bauer Media Audio – Portugal is establishing an SAP Centre of Excellence in Lisbon as part of the Bauer Media Group. As Service Delivery Manager, you will coordinate across teams, countries and functions to ensure reliable service delivery and operational excellence for critical business systems.

• Proven Service Delivery Manager or Service Manager experience.
• Strong ITIL and service management knowledge.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, and requests.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

You will be joining Bauer Media Group at an exciting stage of growth as we establish our SAP Centre of Excellence in Portugal, alongside our existing hub in Poland. As part of our international technology organisation, you will work with talented colleagues across multiple countries, supporting critical business services that enable some of Europe's most recognised media brands to operate effectively every day.

Our SAP Centre of Excellence is a collaborative, process-driven team of specialists who focus on delivering reliable services, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems. As one of the first hires in Portugal, you will play a key role in shaping how the team grows and succeeds.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and continuously improve our SAP service delivery capability. As our Service Delivery Manager, you will act as a key point of coordination across teams, countries and business functions, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.

You will work closely with technical specialists, stream leads, and stakeholders across our international organisation to identify bottlenecks, resolve complex challenges, and maintain operational excellence.

Working pattern / location

This role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 from home. This is a permanent position.
