Bauer Media Audio – Portugal is establishing an SAP Centre of Excellence in Lisbon as part of the Bauer Media Group. As Service Delivery Manager, you will coordinate across teams, countries and functions to ensure reliable service delivery and operational excellence for critical business systems.

You will work with technical specialists and stakeholders across our international organisation to identify bottlenecks and drive continual service improvement, while growing a local team and providing

Qualificações

• Proven Service Delivery Manager or Service Manager experience.
• Strong ITIL and service management knowledge.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, and requests.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Leading service delivery activities across the SAP Centre of Excellence.
• Managing incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
• Ensuring ticket queues are effectively monitored and managed.
• Coordinating complex incidents and cross-functional initiatives.
• Driving continual service improvement initiatives.
• Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
• Building relationships across multiple countries and cultures.
• Supporting the growth and people management of a local team.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance.
