Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Service Administrative Support professional to join the Global Capacity Center. The role supports the commercial administrative process in the MED region, coordinating with Service Sales Teams and ensuring data and information flows are efficient.

The ideal candidate has an administrative/finance background with a degree, fluent English, and strong IT and Excel skills. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to process improvements and accurate

Service Administrative Support team (SAS) is part of the Global Capacity Center (GCC), and is responsible for supporting the commercial administrative process in MED region.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region
• Ensure an efficient flow of information
• Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system
• Recovery Management
• Prepare business reports based on the Service performance
• Enhance the data quality of the commercial system

Qualifications

• Administrative/finance background / a Degree
• Fluent in English, oral and written communication (Mandatory)

• Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office
