Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Administrative Support role within the Service > Service Delivery > Contract Management MED team in Lisbon, Portugal. The SAS team supports the commercial administrative process for the MED region, interfacing with Service Sales and ensuring smooth information flow.

The role requires an admin/finance background, English fluency, initiative, and solid IT skills including MS Office and Excel.

Service Administrative Support team (SAS) is part of the Global Capacity Center (GCC), and is responsible for supporting the commercial administrative process in MED region.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region

• Recovery Management
• Prepare business reports based on the Service performance
• Enhance the data quality of the commercial system
