• Experiência sólida em Middleware Administration e Production Support.
• Forte experiência em WebSphere Application Server.
• Experiência em migração/modernização de WebSphere para IBM Liberty.
• Bons conhecimentos de Linux/Unix e ambientes JVM.
• Experiência em troubleshooting, análise de logs e resolução de incidentes complexos.
• Conhecimentos de performance tuning, patching e lifecycle management.
• Experiência com automação, idealmente com Ansible.
• Conhecimentos de Shell ou Python.
• Inglês fluente obrigatório (francês valorizado).
