First Point Group seeks a Voice Core Engineer to operate and maintain IMS/CS voice core components including SBC, x-CSCF, TAS, and MGCF. You will analyze IMS voice flows, manage HSS/HLR subscriber profiles, and support VoLTE/VoWiFi architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a customer-facing capacity.

The role requires hands-on experience with signaling protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS) and vendor technologies such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Mavenir, or Oracle.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• Certifications from Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or Cisco are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and work proactively in a team environment.
• Previous experience working with telecom operators in customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain IMS/CS Voice Core network components including SBC, x-CSCF, TAS, BGCF, MGCF, MRF, MGW, MSC, IMMGW.
• Analyze and troubleshoot IMS voice flows and procedures (e.g., VoLTE-VoLTE calls, TADS, Homing, Break-in/out calls).
• Understand and manage subscriber profiles in HSS/HLR and their impact on network behavior.
• Work with VoLTE-related protocols: SIP, Diameter, DNS, H248, Camel, RTP/RTCP.
• Support VoLTE/VoWiFi architecture and concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to customer-facing engagements.
