HumanIT Digital Consulting seeks a Voicebot & Chatbot Business Lead to own the business strategy for chat and voicebot initiatives. This senior role is fully remote from Portugal, acting as the primary liaison between business needs and platform teams to deliver on roadmap milestones.

You will mentor junior members, refine user stories, and drive performance metrics across channels. English at B2 level or higher is required for Swiss stakeholder collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of experience working with chatbot, voicebot, or conversational AI solutions from a business or product perspective.
• Familiarity with chat and voicebot technologies, UX design for conversational interfaces, and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of customer service processes and how voicebots can enhance and scale support operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members, with the ability to support their development and output quality.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to sign off on efficiency opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business-side activities for the chat & voicebot function within a Telco context.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, and liaise between business and platform/implementation teams.
• Own requirements quality through to roadmap delivery and performance metrics.
• Act as primary stakeholder contact and proactively manage expectations with cross-functional teams.
