AUTOMAISE in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Generative AI Analyst to enhance chatbot and voicebot interactions. You will fine-tune prompts, test knowledge bases, and analyze logs to improve conversational accuracy and user experience.

You will collaborate with the AI team, apply Python for data tasks, and ensure language inclusivity in Portuguese and English. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in a data analyst role with a related degree.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt design.
• Ability to design, test, and iterate prompts with systematic methods.
• Basic Python for data handling and testing.
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings or RAG is a plus.
• Excellent communication across teams; fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Iteratively fine-tune GenAI prompts and adjust knowledge bases to improve conversation quality.
• Analyze chatbot interaction logs and prompts for continuous improvement.
• Apply basic Python for data analysis and testing of solutions.
• Collaborate with AI team to enhance bot performance and satisfaction.
• Test chatbot and voicebot solutions to identify improvements.
• Interpret user feedback and data to guide optimization efforts.
• Ensure language capabilities are inclusive and culturally relevant in Portuguese and English.
