webook.com is seeking a seasoned VP of International Finance to lead strategy, planning, controls, reporting, and finance operations across Europe, the UK, MENA and other markets. You will partner with the CFO and regional leaders to build scalable financial processes, evaluate market entries, manage multi-country compliance, and drive profitability through strong FP&A, treasury, and governance.

• Extensive international finance leadership experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record building scalable FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and governance processes.
• Strong collaboration with CFO, regional leads, and external advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the international financial strategy for Europe, UK, MENA and other markets.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all international markets.
• Oversee finance operations, month-end close, and reporting for multi-country entities.
• Support pricing, deal structuring, and revenue-share arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and cross-border funding.
