Emma Sleep GmbH in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Team Lead for TV and DTV to own and optimize one of our top marketing channels. You will lead a small team, drive investment efficiency, revenue, and ROAS, and partner with E-commerce, Brand & Communications, and our external TV agency.

You will report to senior leadership and help scale Emma's D2C TV strategy across markets, balancing data-driven decisions with creative execution while building a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of three to four based in Lisbon to own TV and DTV campaigns.
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Brand & Communications and external TV agency partners.
• Prioritize investment efficiency, revenue, and ROAS with strong analytics.
