Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Team Lead for TV and DTV. You will own the linear TV operation above €30M annually and build the DTV strategy from scratch, leading a three-to-four person team alongside E-commerce and Brand & Communications, plus external TV agencies.

This role is performance-first, judged on investment efficiency, revenue, and ROAS, requiring strong analytics and the ability to navigate a fast-changing media landscape while

Qualificações

• 7-8+ years of experience across marketing, e-commerce, offline media, agency relationships, and analytics.
• Master's degree required.
• Strong analytics skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own linear TV investment, revenue, and ROAS, driving efficiency.
• Build and execute Emma's DTV strategy from the ground up.
• Lead and develop a small team based in Lisbon and align with cross-functional partners.
