Ethena is building a fast, resilient trading platform central to its flagship products USDe & sUSDe. You will help design and deliver scalable market data, execution capabilities, and new trading strategies in a high-velocity team.

You will collaborate with quant and engineering peers, applying TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and SOLID practices to ensure low-latency, high-throughput systems with strong fault tolerance.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in trading systems development across data feeds, algo engines, backtesting, and execution.
• Strong fundamentals in modern software practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD, SOLID).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, multi-venue infrastructure, and security.
• Crypto trading venues and derivatives experience with major exchanges and instruments.
• Multi-venue trading experience including routing and reconciliation.
• High-performance, low-latency system design and optimization expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic technical decision making.
• Passion for testing and automation with comprehensive test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Own large elements of designing and implementing a robust trading platform for efficient execution with minimal slippage.
• Develop high-performance market data pipelines and integrate with venues via REST/WS and FIX.
• Collaborate with quant and trading teams to develop new strategies and execution logic.
• Apply modern software practices: TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and SOLID principles.
• Design fault-tolerant architectures ensuring high availability and reliability.
