Arcesium in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Sr Analyst in Trade Accounting & Operations to own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliations for complex client funds across多 asset classes. You will coordinate with prime brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure timely settlements and accurate views of positions, cash, and P&L.

The role requires an MBA/MS in Finance or CFA and 1–3 years in fund accounting, with strong MS Excel and communication skills to engage with investment

Qualificações

• MBA/MS in Finance or CFA (or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of experience in fund accounting and operations for listed and OTC instruments
• Experience with multiple listed and OTC instruments across geographies
• Attention to detail and drive to improve processes
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coordinate across geographies
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills for client discussions on business processes

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliation operations for diverse client funds across asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, currency, crypto, OTC)
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, cash, MTMs, interest, expenses, and corporate actions with counterparties using the Arcesium platform
• Investigate and explain P&L movements to investment managers and coordinate resolution of outages
• Finalize GAV/NAV of funds, record accounting adjustments, and resolve breaks with counterparties
• Collaborate with pricing, middle office, collateral management, and technology teams on lifecycle events and bespoke reports
• Engage with clients on daily and monthly operations, addressing queries and coordinating outages
• Work within a global team across NY, India, and local offices to deliver seamless financial operations
