Arcesium is seeking a Fund Accounting Operations professional in Lisbon to own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliations for complex client funds across multiple asset classes.

The role requires 1–3 years in fund accounting for listed/OTC instruments, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to engage with investment managers and clients across geographies. This is a hands-on, global team position based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• MBA/MS in Finance or CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in fund accounting and operations for listed/OTC instruments.
• Experience working with multiple instruments across geographies.
• Attention to detail with drive to improve processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coordinate with teams across geographies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication for client discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end portfolio accounting and reconciliations for diverse client funds.
• Conduct daily reconciliations of trades, positions, cash, MTMs, expenses, and actions.
• Explain P&L movements to investment managers and coordinate resolution of outages.
• Finalize GAV/NAV and resolve breaks with counterparties/administrators.
• Collaborate with pricing, middle office, collateral, and tech teams on lifecycle events.
• Engage with clients on daily/monthly operations and outage resolution.
• Work within a global team across NY, India, and local offices.
