Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Customer Success Champion in Portugal to coordinate Third-Party Cyber Risk Management (TPRM) assessments and reduce delays. You will interact with business stakeholders, manage supplier risk, and report to cybersecurity leadership, leveraging deep customer success or account management experience.

Fluency in English and German (C1/C2) is required, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate risk metrics into strategic guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar role in cybersecurity/TPRM.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and supplier risk assessment methods.
Ability to assess supplier engagement criticality and align risk mitigation strategies.
Strong relationship management and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and advising on TPRM processes.
Proactively resolve escalations to minimize assessment delays and bottlenecks.
Champion a customer-centric approach within the TPRM team to align risk workflows with business needs.
Coordinate supplier assessment requests and prioritize by strategic impact and risk.
Prepare executive-level overviews highlighting statuses, risks, and recommendations.
