Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and business processes. You will design test strategies, coordinate execution, and manage defects while ensuring high quality throughout the SDLC.

The role requires hands-on manual testing, strong Jira/Confluence knowledge, and collaboration with business and technical teams. Hybrid work policy enables flexibility in office or remote work within Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Manager (ISTQB certified or equivalent).
• At least 6 years' experience in software testing, including roles such as Tester, Test Analyst, Test Designer, or Test Automation Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and AI-driven testing.
• Experience in test case design, test data preparation, test execution, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data anonymization principles and practices.
• Basic experience with test automation and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and Parquet data formats.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate test activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Perform hands-on manual testing of web applications, APIs, and business processes.
• Design and execute test cases, prepare test data, and manage the defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Monitor test progress, risks, and quality metrics, providing clear status reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to test automation and cloud testing activities.
