AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team cloud migration initiatives (AWS to GCP) and product integration. You will translate strategy into workstreams, coordinate architecture discussions, APIs, and blockers with distributed engineering teams in India and New York.

10+ years of technical program management experience, strong cloud knowledge, and clear executive reporting are required. This role offers a growth-focused, people-first culture in Coimbra.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical program management or equivalent.
Experience leading complex tech programs with multiple teams.
Strong understanding of software systems and APIs.
Cloud experience, especially AWS and GCP, with migration background.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones.
Plan AWS-to-GCP migration, validation, data reconciliation, cutover readiness.
Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams and milestones.
Coordinate across teams and unblock technical issues.
Prepare weekly status reports for senior management.
