Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior SRE/Operations professional to monitor and optimize production systems, respond to incidents, and automate deployments. You will work with Linux, Kubernetes, and observability tools in an international team, contributing to reliability and performance.

The role emphasizes on-call rotation, scripting for automation, and ongoing improvements to monitoring and alerting. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, SRE, or system administration roles (Senior profile).
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting across systems and applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for scalable apps.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and problem-solving.
• Mandatory English language proficiency for international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure availability and optimal performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Automate deployments, pipelines, and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Document runbooks, incidents, and procedures thoroughly.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Deploy updates and improve monitoring and alerting capabilities.
