Rumos Group in Lisbon region is seeking a skilled IT professional with a strong background in Asset Management and investment product processes. The role requires extensive data expertise, including SQL/SOQL and data modelling, plus experience supporting complex systems.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to implement solutions and document procedures, while logging actions in Salesforce and Confluence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Functional experience in Asset Management and in-depth knowledge of investment product manufacturing and investment fund distribution processes.
• Strong IT and Data knowledge, particularly in SQL/SOQL, data modelling, and project management methodologies.
• Experience in support activities.
• A combination of technical and functional skills will be highly valued.
• Good level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor tickets and manage the respective tracking systems, ensuring the timely resolution of identified issues.
• Perform analysis and work closely with different teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects, to implement solutions for identified issues.
• Document processes and operational procedures related to daily activities, ensuring that all information is properly recorded;
• Record actions and updates in relevant tracking tools, such as Salesforce and Confluence.
