Rumos Portugal is seeking an experienced professional to monitor tickets and manage tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will work with Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects to implement solutions and document processes and procedures for daily activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6+ years of experience, and strong IT/data knowledge including SQL/SOQL and data modelling. Proficiency in English and teamwork is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Asset Management and in-depth knowledge of investment product manufacturing and investment fund distribution processes.
• Strong IT and Data knowledge, particularly in SQL/SOQL, data modelling, and project management methodologies.
• Experience in support activities.
• A combination of technical and functional skills will be highly valued.
• Good level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor tickets and manage the respective tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Analyze and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects to implement solutions for identified issues.
• Document processes and operational procedures related to daily activities, ensuring information is properly recorded.
• Record actions and updates in Salesforce and Confluence.
